As a Restaurant General Manager you support your team on a daily basis. You have the ultimate responsibility to write together with us the success story of Manhattn’s. You hearten the store, it’s KPI’s and your team (local management team, kitchen staff & hospitality staff).  You are our concept guardian as well as the guardian of our human capital. As a true people person, the Restaurant General Manager keeps an eye on the productivity of the team as well as on their wellbeing. You will guide them to obtain the next level of customer experience. Restaurant General Manager is the captain of our boat.  Nevertheless at Manhattn’s you never walk alone. The Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the COO and will be supported by him as well as by other Manhattn’s Managers.
